How bank e-auctions work

Register & pay EMD
Submit your KYC on the bank's e-auction portal and deposit the earnest money (EMD) before the cut-off.

Inspect & diligence
Inspect the property and verify the title independently — the bank sells “as is, where is” with no title guarantee.

Bid online
Bid live during the auction window. Bids must exceed the reserve price and rise by the set increment.

Win, pay & take possession
The highest bidder pays the balance within the stipulated days; the bank issues a sale certificate and hands over possession.
