4. Account Registration and Eligibility

This platform is available to anyone interested in property document analysis for informational purposes. By registering and using our services, you represent, warrant, and covenant that:
- Legal Age: You are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Legal Capacity: You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

- Proper Authorization: You have proper authorization to upload and analyze documents.

4.2 Account Responsibilities and Security

4.4 Prohibited Uses and Account Termination
The following uses are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:
- Misrepresenting AI analysis as professional legal advice or opinions.
- Commercial resale of AI-generated reports without authorization.
- Using the service for illegal activities or fraudulent purposes.
- Uploading documents without proper authorization from document owners.
- Violating third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Attempting to reverse engineer or hack the AI systems.
- Circumventing usage limits or security measures.
- Any use that violates applicable laws or regulations.
5. Credits, Payments, and Billing
5.1 Prepaid Reports Only System
Our service operates exclusively on a prepaid reports system. You must purchase reports in advance to use our property analysis services.
- No Subscriptions: We do not offer monthly or annual subscriptions.
- Pay-As-You-Go: Purchase reports when you need them.
- Immediate Payment: Reports must be purchased before using services.
- No Automatic Billing: No recurring charges or auto-renewals.
- Report Expiry: Purchased reports valid for 365 days from purchase.

- PCI-DSS Compliance: All payment data processed by Cashfree in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
- Data Security: LegiScore does not store card numbers or banking credentials.
- Processing Time: 1-3 business days.
5.4 Refund Conditions
- Service Failure: Full refund if service does not deliver.
- Technical Issues: Refund for confirmed platform failures.
- User Error: No refunds for user mistakes or misuse.
- Unused Reports: Non-refundable after 365 days.
- Processing Time: 7-14 business days.
5.5 Billing Policies
- Refund Policy: Reports unused within 12 months are non-refundable unless service fails to deliver.
- Payment Methods: UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking (prepaid system only).

6. AI System Limitations and User Responsibility

License to Use: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform for property analysis services while you have valid prepaid reports.
7.2 Anti-Replication and Anti-Cloning
UI/UX, report templates, classification taxonomy, wording, structure, business logic, prompt engineering, and visual presentation are LegiScore proprietary work. Cloning, reproducing, or imitating these constitutes passing-off and infringement under the Copyright Act, 1957 and Trade Marks Act, 1999.
7.3 No AI Training on Outputs
All reports, analyses, classifications, and outputs are licensed for internal use only. Users may NOT use outputs to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or benchmark any AI/ML model, LLM, or build derivative datasets. This is a material breach.
7.4 Trade Secret Notice
Report templates, prompt engineering, rule sets, ranking models, classification taxonomies, and AI prompts are LegiScore trade secrets protected under common law and Section 65, Information Technology Act, 2000. Unauthorised disclosure or extraction is prohibited and actionable.
7.5 Liquidated Damages for IP Breach
Each documented breach of clauses (a), (b), or (c), or any unauthorised reverse engineering, scraping, or replication, will trigger pre-agreed liquidated damages of ₹50,00,000 per breach in addition to actual damages, account termination, and injunctive relief (which LegiScore may seek without posting bond) under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 or before competent courts at Visakhapatnam / Hyderabad.
8. Confidentiality
8.1 Professional Confidentiality Standards
We maintain the highest professional confidentiality standards equivalent to industry best practices:
- All data encrypted with bank-level security.
- No sharing of client information without consent.

9. Free Tools
The Checklist Generator is a free tool subject to these specific terms:
- No Account Required: No account registration required to use.
- No Reports Consumed: The tool is entirely free of charge.
- Rate Limits: Subject to reasonable usage limits to ensure fair access for all users.
- IP Collection: IP addresses collected solely for abuse prevention and enforcing usage limits.
- "As Is" Results: Results provided "as is" for informational purposes only.
- Service Continuity: LegiScore reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free tool at any time.
- Abuse Prevention: Circumventing rate limits (via proxies, automated tools, etc.) constitutes a Terms violation.
10. Limitation of Liability

LawyerDesk Advocacy Pvt Ltd liability is limited to direct damages only and capped at fees paid for the specific service causing damage.

- No liability for consequential, indirect, or special damages.
- No responsibility for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
LegiScore's liability is limited to the fees paid for specific services. We are not liable for:
- Errors in professional judgment or decisions based on AI output.
- Consequential damages from use of AI recommendations.
- Professional malpractice claims arising from service use.
- Technical interruptions or service unavailability.
10.3 Professional Responsibility
Users remain fully responsible for:
- Professional malpractice and ethical violations.
- Client relationships and professional duties.
- Accuracy and completeness of final work product.
- Compliance with professional conduct rules.
- Maintenance of professional liability insurance.
10.4 Service Warranties and Disclaimers

11. Indemnification
User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:
- (a) User's breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- (b) User's misuse of the platform or its services.
- (c) User's violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- (d) Content uploaded by the user to the platform.
11.1 Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of God, government actions or orders, pandemic or epidemic, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, and cyberattacks or security breaches caused by third parties.
12. Term and Termination

- No early termination penalties.

13. Survival of Obligations
Clauses on intellectual property, confidentiality, trade secrets, indemnity, liquidated damages, jurisdiction, and arbitration survive termination of this agreement for 3 years or such longer period required by law.
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Mandatory Dispute Resolution Process

- Professional Mediation (60 days): Binding mediation through qualified legal professionals if direct communication fails.
- Arbitration (Hyderabad): Binding arbitration under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- Legal Proceedings: Visakhapatnam courts as final recourse only after exhausting above steps.
14.2 Professional Arbitration
Disputes involving professional service quality, AI accuracy, or practice-related matters will be resolved through arbitration by qualified legal professionals with technology law expertise.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Laws of India. All disputes are subject to Visakhapatnam jurisdiction and Indian legal system resolution.
Venue: All legal proceedings must be initiated in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.
16. General Provisions
16.1 Notices
All legal notices to the Company must be sent to [email protected]. Notices to users will be sent to the registered email address on file or displayed prominently on the platform. Notices shall be deemed received upon delivery for email or upon display for platform notifications.
16.2 Assignment
The User may not assign, transfer, or delegate any rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of the Company. The Company may freely assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliate, subsidiary, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets.
16.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that achieves a similar economic effect and intent as closely as possible to the original provision.
16.4 Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, and Terms of Use, constitute the entire agreement between the User and LawyerDesk Advocacy Pvt Ltd regarding the use of the platform. This agreement supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, warranties, commitments, and agreements between the parties, whether written or oral.
16.5 Modifications and Acceptance
By continuing to use our services after any changes, you indicate acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with modifications, discontinue use and contact us regarding account closure.
Users should review terms updates in the context of their professional responsibilities, obligations, and compliance requirements.
16.6 No Waiver
The failure of either party to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the waiving party.

Our platform exclusively analyzes publicly available information and openly accessible data sources.

Our AI-powered analysis and all related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties.

- Merchantability or quality standards.

User Responsibility: Users must independently verify all information and seek Expert Advice for any decisions.
18. LegiScore Marketplace (Buyers, Sellers, Listings, Auctions & Facilitation)
This Section 18 governs the LegiScore Marketplace — the property listing, discovery, title-report, bank e-auction, and loan-facilitation surface available at LegiScore's marketplace (legiscore.in/marketplace). It applies in addition to the rest of these Terms; where a conflict arises specifically on marketplace conduct, this Section and the Acceptable Use Policy control. Access to Marketplace engagement features (listing, contacting sellers, applying for loans) is subject to phone-number verification by one-time password (OTP).
18.1 Intermediary Status and User-Generated Content
LegiScore operates the Marketplace as an intermediary within the meaning of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. Property listings, project details, prices, photographs, descriptions, seller contact details, and similar information on listing and project pages are user-generated content supplied by sellers, builders, promoters, or their authorised agents.
- No Brokerage / Not an Agent: LegiScore charges no brokerage or commission on any sale, purchase, or lease discovered through the Marketplace, and is not the seller, buyer, broker, or agent of any party or a party to any resulting transaction. Any contract of sale, agreement to sell, lease, or transfer is concluded solely between the buyer and the seller.
- No Endorsement: The presence of a listing on the Marketplace — and any verification badge it carries — is not an endorsement, recommendation, valuation, or solicitation to transact.
- Content Responsibility: The user who posts content is solely responsible for its accuracy, legality, and for holding every right and authorisation necessary to post it. LegiScore does not originate, own, or independently guarantee user-generated listing content.
- Takedown: LegiScore may remove, suspend, or refuse any listing or content that violates these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, and will action valid takedown or grievance requests through the Grievance Officer named in Section 19.3.
18.2 Sellers, Builders and Listings
By posting a listing, project, or plot on the Marketplace, you represent, warrant, and covenant that:
- You are the lawful owner of the property, or a person duly authorised in writing by the owner, and have the right and authority to offer it for sale or lease.
- All particulars — extent, location, price, ownership, approvals, and encumbrances — are true, accurate, and not misleading, and you will promptly update or withdraw any listing that becomes inaccurate or is no longer available.
- You will not post duplicate, fake, speculative, or unauthorised listings, or property that is subject to an undisclosed dispute, injunction, attachment, or third-party interest.
- You consent to LegiScore displaying the listing, ordering and displaying a LegiScore title report for the listed property, and to the contact-disclosure ("phone-reveal") mechanism described in Section 18.5.
- You grant LegiScore a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, resize, and promote the listing content on the Marketplace and in related marketing for the duration of the listing.
Listing model. A seller may obtain a LegiScore title report (₹1,999 + GST — see Section 18.4). Where a property is graded within the A–AAA band, LegiScore may offer a complimentary listing for a stated promotional period together with a verification badge. The report belongs to the seller regardless of grade or listing outcome. The complimentary-listing offer is a promotional benefit, is not a payment for the report, and may be varied or withdrawn prospectively.
18.3 Buyers
- You may browse listings and bank e-auctions, order a LegiScore title report for a property of interest, and contact sellers through the platform.
- You acknowledge that listing information is supplied by sellers and is not independently guaranteed by LegiScore, and that a LegiScore title report is an informational title-diligence opinion, not legal advice or a guarantee of title (see Section 18.8).
- You remain solely responsible for your own independent legal, financial, physical, and regulatory due diligence before paying any advance, token, or consideration, and for engaging your own advocate for verification and conveyancing.
- You will contact sellers only for genuine transactional interest, and will not harvest, resell, spam, or otherwise misuse contact details obtained through the platform.
18.4 Marketplace Title Report (₹1,999 + GST)
The Marketplace title report is the same AI-assisted, human-reviewable title-diligence product described in Section 3, priced at ₹1,999 + GST and typically delivered within 24–72 hours. It analyses the documents and publicly available records available for the property and returns a LegiScore grade and findings.
- What you pay for: the title-diligence work and the resulting report. You are paying for the verification effort, not for a particular grade or outcome. A report that returns an adverse or low grade is a successfully delivered verification.
- Refunds: a full refund is available where LegiScore is unable to run or complete the title search / verification for the property, as defined in the Refund Policy (Section 2.5). A delivered verdict — including an adverse or low grade — is not refundable on grounds of the outcome or subjective quality.
- Verification badge: a "Verified" or "Lawyer Verified" badge attached to a listing indicates only that a LegiScore title report was produced for that property (and, where stated, reviewed by an enrolled advocate) as at its date. It is not a guarantee of marketable title, a title certificate, or title insurance, and it is not a warranty that the property is free of risk.
18.5 Contact Disclosure ("Phone-Reveal")
To connect genuinely interested users with sellers while protecting personal data, the Marketplace uses a login-gated, consent-based, rate-limited contact-disclosure mechanism.
- Seller consent: by posting a listing, a seller consents to their registered contact number being disclosed to logged-in, OTP-verified users who choose to reveal it. A seller may withdraw a listing (and thereby cease further disclosure) at any time.
- Viewer verification: a seller's number is disclosed only after the viewer signs in and confirms a one-time password (OTP) sent to the viewer's own WhatsApp or email. The seller's number is never sent to the browser before this step.
- Daily cap and misuse: reveals are subject to a per-day cap and abuse monitoring. Harvesting, scraping, storing, reselling, or using revealed numbers for spam, bulk outreach, or any purpose other than genuine transactional contact is a material breach and may trigger enforcement under Section 4 of the Terms of Use and the Acceptable Use Policy.
18.6 Bank & Lender E-Auctions (SARFAESI)
The Marketplace aggregates and displays bank and lender e-auctionnotices (including auctions conducted under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 ("SARFAESI Act")) sourced from banks, NBFCs, and their auction portals, for informational discovery only.
- Not LegiScore-verified: auction listings are not LegiScore title-verified and carry a "Bank E-Auction" tag rather than a verification badge. Reserve price, EMD, dates, and property particulars are set and published by the auctioning bank/lender, not by LegiScore.
- "As is, where is": auction properties are sold by the lender on an "as is, where is", "as is what is", and "whatever there is" basis, with no title guarantee, and may carry undisclosed encumbrances, dues, or occupants. Bidders must conduct their own independent title and physical diligence.
- Not a party: LegiScore is not the auctioneer, lender, or agent, is not a party to the auction, does not accept EMD or bids, and has no control over registration, bidding, cancellation, or outcome, all of which occur on the bank/lender's own portal under that entity's terms.
- No liability: LegiScore is not liable for the accuracy, currency, or completeness of aggregated auction information, or for any loss arising from participation in an auction. Bidders should verify every particular directly with the auctioning bank/lender and its official notice.
18.7 Loan Against Property and Loan Facilitation
Where the Marketplace offers loan against property (LAP) or other loan-related features, LegiScore acts solely as a facilitator and introducerthat helps a user prepare a title-verified property profile and, with the user's consent, share it with participating banks, NBFCs, or lenders.
- Not a lender: LegiScore is not a bank, NBFC, or lender, does not offer, underwrite, sanction, or disburse credit, and is not a regulated credit institution. All lending decisions, sanction terms, interest rates, and disbursals are made by the RBI-regulated lender in its sole discretion under its own terms.
- No guarantee: submitting an application or receiving indicative offers does not guarantee loan approval, any particular amount, rate, or timeline. Offers displayed are indicative and subject to the lender's own verification and policies.
- Data sharing with consent: by applying, you consent to LegiScore sharing your application, property, and contact details with the relevant lender(s) for the purpose of processing your request, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Marketplace features draw on publicly available information and third-party sources — including government land, revenue, RERA, and registration records, and bank/lender auction portals — in addition to user-supplied listing content. This data is accessed on a legitimate, publicly-available basis; LegiScore does not claim ownership of, and makes no warranty as to the accuracy, currency, or completeness of, such source data. Source information may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors originating at the source. Users must independently verify any material particular with the relevant authority, registry, or lender before relying on it. The government and third-party disclaimers in Section 17 apply equally to the Marketplace.
