This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on LegiScore, operated by LawyerDesk Advocacy Pvt Ltd. By purchasing reports or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these refund terms.
Purchased reports are generally non-refundable due to the digital nature of our AI-powered property analysis service. Refunds are only provided in specific circumstances outlined below.
Our refund policy is designed to balance fairness with the practical realities of providing AI-powered digital services, where the quality and usefulness of output can vary significantly based on individual needs and interpretations.
The following limitations apply:
- No refunds for quality dissatisfaction (subjective nature of analysis).
- No refunds for user error or change of mind.
- No refunds for unused reports after expiry.
- Limited refunds only for service delivery failures.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Our service operates exclusively on a prepaid report system. Reports are activated instantly upon successful payment, are used to access digital AI analysis services, are non-transferable between accounts, expire 365 days from the purchase date, and are sold as one-time purchases with no recurring billing.
Report validity: reports are valid for 365 days from purchase, with no extensions or rollover options. Expired reports are permanently lost and no refunds are issued for expired reports.
Usage policy: 1.0 report per Property Report; 0.25 reports per Document Rewrite; 0.25 reports per Scenario Maker analysis; 0.05 reports per page for Document Translation. Reports are deducted upon service initiation and cannot be cancelled once processing begins.
2.1 Quality-Based Refund Exclusions
Property analysis quality is inherently subjective and varies based on individual needs, expectations, and interpretation. No refunds are provided for quality-related dissatisfaction.
Quality variations users should expect:
- AI analysis accuracy varies with document quality.
- Results depend on available data sources.
- Legal interpretations may differ between users.
- Risk assessments are probabilistic, not definitive.
No refunds are issued for:
- Reports that do not meet personal expectations.
- AI analysis that differs from manual analysis.
- Missing information due to document limitations.
- Results that do not support desired outcomes.
Users are responsible for independently verifying all AI-generated analysis and conducting their own due diligence, including:
- Professional Verification: Consult qualified professionals for legal matters.
- Independent Research: Conduct additional research as required.
- Risk Assessment: Make independent decisions based on comprehensive analysis.
- Due Diligence: Perform thorough verification of all findings.
2.2 Limited Refund Scenarios — 7-Day Service Delivery Guarantee
Refunds are only available when our system completely fails to deliver a report within 7 days from the report request date.
Eligible for refund:
- Complete system failure to generate report.
- Technical issues preventing report delivery.
- Service unavailability for 7+ consecutive days.
- Payment processed but reports not added.
Not eligible for refund:
- Reports delivered within 7 days (regardless of quality).
- Partial reports or incomplete analysis.
- Delayed delivery due to user-provided poor documents.
- User interface issues or login problems.
2.3 Refund Eligibility by Scenario
- System fails to deliver report within 7 days — Refund eligible. Proof: request timestamp, email correspondence. Timeline: within 14 days of request.
- Payment charged but reports not added — Refund eligible. Proof: payment receipt, account screenshot. Timeline: within 30 days.
- Translation fails to generate output — Refund eligible. Proof: error screenshot, request timestamp. Timeline: within 14 days.
- Rewrite produces no output — Refund eligible. Proof: error screenshot, request timestamp. Timeline: within 14 days.
- Report quality below expectations — Not eligible.
- Translation quality below expectations — Not eligible.
- Unused reports after expiry — Not eligible.
- Free tool (Checklist) issues — Not eligible (free service).
2.4 Service-Specific Refund Terms
- Property Reports (1.0 report): Refund eligible only if system completely fails to deliver within 7 days. No refunds for quality dissatisfaction.
- Document Translation (0.05 reports/page): Refund eligible if translation fails to generate any output. No refunds for translation accuracy disputes (AI-generated, verify independently). Partial translations: report refund for unprocessed pages only.
- Document Rewrite (0.25 reports): Refund eligible if rewrite fails to generate any output. No refunds for stylistic or quality preferences.
- Scenario Maker (0.25 reports): Refund eligible if scenario analysis fails to generate. No refunds for accuracy of scenario projections.
- Property Document Checklist Generator:Free tool. No reports are consumed and no refunds are applicable. Free tools are provided "as is" with no service-level guarantees.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following purchases, outputs, and credits are non-refundable once delivered or executed, except where expressly required by law:
- Public-information searches are not separately charged. Background checks — including Encumbrance Certificate (EC), Prohibitory Orders, Property Tax, RERA, ROR / land-record searches, court-case searches, and similar public-information searches — are bundled as part of report generation. The underlying data is public information and is not sold as a standalone product. As such, these searches are neither separately charged nor separately refundable; they are part of the bundled report fee. If LegiScore introduces a future service offering bulk automated searches across multiple properties as a standalone product, any associated fee will cover the automation work performed — the underlying public data itself remains free in nature and is not refundable as such.
- Post-Report-Generation: Once an AI Property Report or any chargeable analysis has been generated and delivered (regardless of whether the user has downloaded it), the corresponding credits or amounts are non-refundable.
- Translation, Rewrite, Scenario Maker Outputs: Once generated and delivered, outputs are non-refundable.
- Subscription / Bulk Credit Purchases: Non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly agreed in writing by LegiScore.
- Off-Platform / Cash Payments: Cash, bank-transfer, or off-platform payments are governed by the written agreement between the parties; default position is non-refundable absent written terms to the contrary.
- Promotional / Free Credits: Promotional credits, free-tier usage, and goodwill credits are non-refundable.
4. Refund Process and Timeline
All refund claims must be submitted via email with comprehensive proof of the service failure.

- Refund Processing: 5–7 business days to original payment method after approval.
Payment Processing via Cashfree: Refunds are processed through Cashfree Payments Pvt Ltd to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Cashfree refund processing: 5–7 business days after approval.
- UPI refunds: typically 1–3 business days.
- Card refunds: 5–10 business days depending on issuing bank.
5. Mis-Charged or Failed Transactions
Refund requests for failed transactions or technical mis-charges must be raised within 14 days of the transaction via the in-app support flow or by emailing [email protected] with the transaction reference. Cashfree-processed refunds follow the existing timelines documented above.
6. Cancellation
Reports are deducted upon service initiation and cannot be cancelled once processing begins. As we operate on a one-time prepaid purchase model with no recurring billing, there is no subscription to cancel.
Time limitations: service-failure claims must be raised within 14 days of the original request; payment issues within 30 days of the transaction; technical problems must be reported immediately. No retroactive claims will be entertained beyond these periods.
7. Refund Documentation Requirements
All refund claims must include complete documentation:
- Complete Records: All interactions must be documented.
- Proof of Timeline: Clear evidence of 7+ day failure.
- System Screenshots: Visual proof of issues.
- Email Trail: Complete correspondence history.
8. "AS IS" Disclaimer
All refund decisions are provided "as is" without warranties or guarantees. Our refund policy and all related decisions are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties.
No warranties are made for:
- Refund approval or processing speed.
- Specific refund outcomes.
- Service quality assessments.
- Technical issue resolution timelines.
- Payment processor cooperation.
No guarantees are made about:
- Automatic refund eligibility.
- Future policy interpretation.
- Dispute resolution outcomes.
- Service delivery improvements.
- Payment processing reliability.

LawyerDesk Advocacy Pvt Ltd reserves the right to make final determinations on all refund claims based on:

- Documentation provided by the customer.
- Terms of service compliance.
- Objective evidence of service delivery failure.
- Industry standards for digital service delivery.
