Allahabad High Court summons officials over unpaid land acquisition compensation from 1959 acquisition

The Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court summoned land acquisition and treasury officials after being told that full compensation had still not been paid for land acquired in 1959. The case is relevant for title diligence because unresolved acquisition compensation proceedings can keep public authority claims and execution disputes alive long after possession has changed.
