Bombay High Court allows compensation for milk business lost through land acquisition

The Bombay High Court held that compensation under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 can include loss of a milk business conducted from a cattle shed on acquired land. The ruling concerns a landowner who produced accounts and testimony showing that acquisition caused the business loss.
