Punjab RERA orders Jubilee Joy Homes to pay 11% interest for delayed Mohali possession

Punjab RERA directed Jubilee Joy Homes LLP to pay 11% annual interest on the buyer’s paid amount from the agreed possession date until physical possession is handed over. The authority rejected the developer’s argument that the buyer’s payment conduct caused the delay, noting that the completion certificate came after the contractual possession date.
