Punjab RERA restores Zirakpur buyer’s allotment and orders 10% interest for delayed possession

Punjab RERA restored a homebuyer’s cancelled allotment in the Sushma Valencia project at Zirakpur and directed the developer to pay 10% annual interest for delay. The authority also said the possession letter should be issued only after the developer obtains the completion certificate, which matters for buyers and lenders checking whether possession is legally deliverable.
