Tamil Nadu REAT reiterates that a promoter cannot separately sell stilt parking

TNREAT upheld a TNRERA direction requiring Arun Excello Constructions to refund money collected for stilt parking in a residential project. Buyers and lenders reviewing an apartment file should treat stilt parking as part of common areas where the applicable RERA position bars separate sale or allotment for consideration.
