The Maharashtra Real Estate Appellate Tribunal ruled that MahaRERA cannot decide a homebuyer's complaint on the strength of a failed conciliation report, and must adjudicate the dispute on its merits. Conciliation is a settlement attempt, so what parties say there cannot be used against them when it breaks down.
